About the role

ATOM-DRIVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technical Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position based in the Bedok North East Region. As a Field Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Perform overhaul, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our technical equipment and systems

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of our products

• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements

• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and provide regular reports

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with a variety of mechanical and electrical systems

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders

• Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
