Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Project and Sales Support Mechanical Engineer in Singapore. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, supervising onsite activities, and requires a technical background in mechanical engineering. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience in air-conditioning systems. The position offers a salary between SGD 3000 and SGD 3800.

Qualifications

• Minimum valid Singapore Driving license Class 3.
• Relevant experience in the Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration System will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and address customer's enquiries/requests for quotation (RFQs).
• Gain knowledge of cooling water-related equipment and its operation.
• Attend various meetings with customers and service sections.
• Supervise contractors/sub-contractors on-site.
• Respond efficiently to issues onsite including troubleshooting.

Position: Project and Sales Support Mechanical Engineer

Salary: $3000-$3800

Working Day: Mon-Fri | Alt Sat

Working Hour: 8.30am-5.30pm | 8.30am-12.30pm

Working Location: Woodlands Link

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and address customer's enquiries/requests for quotation (RFQs) with diligence.
• Gain knowledge and understanding of cooling water-related equipment including its proper operation.
• Attend various meetings including clarification meetings, “kick off” meetings, troubleshooting meetings and the likes together with our customer service section and/or customers, as and when required.
• Supervise contractors/sub-contractors regarding site project activities service is of utmost importance.
• Respond efficiently to issue onsite including troubleshooting, as and when the need arises.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum valid Singapore Driving license Class 3
• Computer Literate
• Relevant experience in the Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration System will be an advantage
• Project design and update of drawing using AutoCAD 2D software
