Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Engineer who will plan and supervise maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of BMS, PLC, and HVAC systems is a plus. Offering a basic salary of $4000 - $5500 with allowances and a variable bonus. Training is provided for those with less experience. This is an on-site role based in the West.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point.
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work.
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance works.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & troubleshooting.
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report.
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance for Maintenance Site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
