Job summary

A leading waste management company in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee and improve mechanical and electrical maintenance systems. Responsibilities include ensuring systematic and safe maintenance work, improving preventive maintenance systems, SOP management, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Responsibilities

• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out systematically, efficiently & safely.
• Improve existing preventive maintenance systems to reduce costs and improve equipment performance.
• Create, update, and maintain all SOPs and ISO documents.
• Initiate and coordinate MOCs for system modifications.
• Assist management in coordinating daily activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment/system problems.
• Work closely with operations for maintenance programming.
• Train technicians on equipment maintenance and monitor 5S and TPM.
• Propose action plans to rectify system faults.
• Involve in new project management and document preparation.
• Manage mechanical and electrical instruments spare parts.
• Monitor implementation of EHS matters.
• Be responsible for document management.
