Responsibilities

• Accomplish project objectives within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints
• Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site
• Ensure project compliance with regulations and client specifications
• Coordinate mechanical services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
• Integrate Civil, Architectural, and Mechanical works on site with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely task completion
• Prepare reports to clients and project managers on progress, delays, defects, and rectification measures for mechanical works
• Provide technical advice and resolve mechanical technical issues
• Report progress of mechanical works and arrange site inspections with contractors, sub-contractors, and clerk-of-works
• Adhere to safety and health regulations with a target of zero accidents in the workplace
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping on site

Requirements
