Job summary

The role requires coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and schedules, performing site visits, and producing drawings and reports for ongoing projects. Fresh graduates or experienced engineers are welcome. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and local codes is essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of related working experience in ACMV works.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems.
• Good project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in Mechanical Engineering of ACMV Systems.
• Managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and project teams, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
• Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project.
• Assist in site administration.
• Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders.
