Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, and coordination of mechanical systems including ACMV and plumbing. The role involves managing projects ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2–5 years of experience in M&E or construction projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.

Responsibilities

  • Design, review, and implement mechanical and ACMV systems for building or industrial projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, technical submissions, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and quality to meet contractual obligations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or installation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
