Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge in pipe installation system of semiconductor process tools in the cleanroom.
• Be able to work in cleanroom environment and familiar with tool hook up facilities.
• Ensuring safety during equipment installations.
• Work together with engineer, workshop and assembly team leader to ensure projects are moving.
• Submit drawing and follow up work service reports.
• Coordinate activities during tools positioning, hook-up line breaking, tie-in & turn-on.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
