Key Responsibilities:
- Support the client in production and industrial engineering activities throughout the product realization process.
 
- Study and analyze project requirements to ensure alignment with production objectives.
 
- Design, develop, and provide production support for tooling equipment (jigs, fixtures) using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
 
- Evaluate feasibility and conduct testing of tooling equipment.
 
- Prepare 3D CAD models for components in accordance with the client’s standard operating procedures and production processes.
 
- Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) following customer standards and SAP procedures.
 
- Understand customer product and process requirements, and train the delivery support team accordingly.
 
- Participate in hands‑on assembly, testing, and validation of mechanical assemblies, including work in cleanroom environments.
 
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 
- Minimum 5 years of experience in precision mechanism design.
 
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, including design principles, machine elements, and materials selection.
 
- Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), tolerance stack‑up analysis, and error budgeting.
 
- Proficient in structural and vibration/modal analyses, including Finite Element Analyses (FEAs).Experience in conceptual design, detailed design, and preparation of detailed drawings.
 
- Hands‑on experience with mechanical manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.
 
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, preferably using ProE/Creo.
 
- Ability to propose and execute complete designs from concept to production‑ready models.
