Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate mechanical services including HVAC, ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection works.
  • Review design drawings, technical submissions, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site and design issues.
  • Prepare material submissions, method statements, and work progress documentation.
  • Monitor work schedules and ensure completion within time and budget.
  • Oversee testing and commissioning activities and manage handover documentation.
  • Enforce compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements on site.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the M&E or building services industry.
  • Knowledge of HVAC / ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection systems preferred.
  • Familiar with local codes and authorities’ requirements (BCA, PUB, SCDF, SS, CP).
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
  • Experience with design & build, infrastructure, or commercial projects will be advantageous.
Additional Information
  • Work location: Islandwide project sites / West region office
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (5.5‑day work week may apply depending on project)
