EDR (Element Development Reorder) is a part of EED ( Development) belonging to Element & Moulds Engineering, which falls under Engineering & Quality, a vital part of LEGO Operations.
We develop existing LEGO bricks, engineering them to comply the highest quality standards and ensure they fit in the best mould solutions. This includes drafting and maturing of elements for production using NX software, creating technical specifications and documentation.
A high quality output and an accurate delivery is key to us, and we strive continuously to improve in this area to raise the bar even further. We value an informal and believing work environment where empowerment of the employees is in focus.
