Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Resolve any technical or site issues.
• Prepare and submit M&E construction schedule and structural penetration for approval.
• Arrange M&E trade demonstrations for consultant’s approval.
• Arrange inspection and resolve site problems.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor with verifications for claims.
• Ensure work as per HDB Specifications & code of practice standard.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Report on technical or site problems relating to M&E works.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure work is on schedule.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• To arrange for M&E trade demonstrations for consultant’s approval.


• To arrange the inspection and resolve the site problems.


• Assist Quantity Surveyor to carry out verifications for various claims.


• To ensure work as per HDB Specifications & code of practice standard.


• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.


• Report to Project Director or Project Manager on any technical or site problems relating to M&E works.


• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.


• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
