Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to assist in managing works on-site and coordinating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and supervising mechanical and electrical works in building construction projects.

- Coordinate and review all submissions from subcontractors.
- Supervise project team members and ensure timely completion.

Job Description
- Assist PM Manager in managing works on site in according to timeline.
- Coordinate and review all the submissions from subcontractors.
- Review and issue material and shop drawings submission.
- Coordinate with client/consultants on any discrepancy on the drawings.
- Review the M&E drawings against M&E and clients’ requirements.
- Coordinate with drafters and ensure all the clients’ requirements are promptly met and delivered
- Conduct site inspection from time to time
- Carry out testing and commission of M&E work.
- Ensure all contractual requirements are complied with agreed procedures.
- Track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.
- Responsible to execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction and improvement works.
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise M&E works and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities
- Responsible for project management, coordination, implementation, execution and control to meet project completion targets
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Attend regular meetings with client, supplier and sub-contractors
- Supervise project team members and sub-contractors to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work and complete their works on time as per agreed
- Any other works and task deem necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experiences.
- Proficient in Autocad and Revit
