Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Engineer to handle various electrical and instrumentation tasks. Responsibilities include assessing technical specifications, coordinating installations, planning maintenance, and overseeing workshop activities. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of control panels is advantageous. Job description

Job Descriptions

• Assess and evaluation of technical specification; and respond to technical queries
• Responsible for all Electrical/Instruments/Electronic related matters
• Interpretation of all electrical & instrumentation drawings and coordinate with outsources onpanel building, wiring, control sequence and PLC programming etc.
• Performing Operations planning, maintenance, commissioning and servicing in workshop and at site
• Organising, planning and oversee workshop & production activities to ensure on time completion of jobs
• Design electrical control wiring diagram & Single Line Diagram when required (will be an advantage)
• Installation of Electrical wiring on integrated systems including trouble shooting
• Internal and external testing of systems & equipment
• Liaising with customer on factory testing, servicing of equipment & systems
• Maintenance of equipment (internal and external)
• Other Ad-hoc Duties when assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of control panel is an advantage
• Transport provided at Boon Lay
• Willing to travel when assigned
• Able to work independently within job scope
