Job summary

A leading engineering solutions company in Singapore is seeking a designer to create and assemble 3D machine parts using Pro-E. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in mechanical design and assembly, demonstrating strong knowledge of mechanical components. Responsibilities include drawing parts, assembling modules, proposing concepts for customers, and troubleshooting on-site setups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience using 3D software for design.
• Good understanding of mechanical concepts.

• Using Pro E software, draw 3D parts of machine.
• Assemble all modules designed to form a machine.
• Propose concepts of machine for customer enquiry.
• Help in assembly and troubleshoot machine setup on site.

Overview

• Software knowledge : Pro-E (Compulsory)
• Software knowledge; Solidworks (Advantage)
• Mechanical components knowledge, (Ballscrew, Linear slides, solenoid valves and cylinders...)
• Minimum 3 years working experience using 3D software for design.

Responsibilities

• Using Pro E software, draw 3D parts of machne. Assemble all the 3D parts with other standard purchase parts to form into modules of a machine.
• Assemble all modules designed to form a machine. Check for interference modules or parts.
• Propose concepts of machine for customer enquiry.
• Help in assemble, troublshoot machine and setup on site if necessary.
