Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Singapore with 5+ years of experience as a designer of mechanical components. Degree in mechanical engineering is required.

You will apply knowledge of materials, production processes, quality control, costing and manufacturing techniques to maximize efficiency. Proficiency in CAD design (SolidWorks or equivalent) and familiarity with PDM systems (SAP preferred) are essential; strong problem solving and teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience as designer for mechanical components.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costing.
• Proficient CAD design experience with SolidWorks or similar.
• Familiarity with PDM systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
