Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for conceptual and detailed design for high-precision customised semiconductor equipment.
• Management of projects concerning new products in compliance with the requirements of the Specifications (cost, lead time, etc.) and project management considering the analysis of the risks involved.
• Continuous improvement of existing products in line with the strategy
• Technical support for the sales force (interface with customers and/or sales representatives)
• Generate and release a complete set of design documentation.
• Hands-on prototype assembly, testing, and qualification inclusive of troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in an R&D/ engineering environment. Perfect knowledge of the sector of activity and the product for which he/she is in charge.
• Constantly researching to anticipate market developments.
• Familiar with CAD tools (SolidWorks is a plus), planning tools and the office pack, and excellent technical trades skills (Mechanics,2D and 3D design tools, product development).
• Proficiency in English (and Mandarin) is necessary in an international group.
