FOCUS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking resourceful engineers to perform technical setup, testing, and commissioning of HBOT and oxygen systems at client sites. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with R&D and product teams to enhance reliability and user experience.

You will contribute to system design, prototyping, and engineering documentation while providing client training and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across all installations.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering required.
• Solid hands-on technical skills in wiring, plumbing, electrical, and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving mindset; initiative to figure things out without explicit instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform technical setup, testing, installation, and commissioning of HBOT and oxygen systems at client locations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance; troubleshoot hardware and system faults (mechanical, electrical, air-oxygen systems).
• Work with R&D and product teams to improve system reliability and user experience.
• Assist in system design, prototyping, and engineering documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to clients, operators, and internal team.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across installations and engineering activities.

You Should Have

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related).
• Solid hands-on technical skills - wiring, plumbing, electrical, system integration, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and initiative - you don't wait of instructions you figure it out.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in safety-sensitive environments.
• [Preferred but not mandatory] Experience with oxygen systems, medical equipment, or HVAC.
