Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the meat processing and packaging production line.
• Ensure all processing procedures comply with food hygiene and safety standards (such as HACCP).
• Manage and train production staff to improve work efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor inventory and raw material usage, and assist in procurement and production coordination.
• Record production data, report production problems and improvement plans.
