Job summary

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) offers MBA interns exposure to top brands like TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS. You will work on impactful projects across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Digital, with a buddy system and regular leadership coaching to help you grow.

Interns are groomed for potential full-time roles post-graduation, with mentorship and networking opportunities throughout the program.

Qualifications

• 1st year MBA student with graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028
• 4–7 years of related work experience in consulting, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality
• Prior people management experience including at least 1 direct report
• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving
• Excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders

Responsibilities

• Matched to a strategic project selected by senior leadership with high business impact
• Contribute to shaping how RBI serves guests, grows revenue, and optimizes operations
• Receive mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities throughout the internship
• Present project findings and recommendations to department head and Brand President at the end
