Job Responsibilities

• 1 Course Design and Teaching
  • 1.1 Develop and deliver math materials tailored to different grade levels based on the syllabus and learning objectives.
  • 1.2 Conduct engaging math lessons for various programs, such as AEIS, IB, IGCSE, O/A Level, and PSLE (local or international curricula).
  • 1.3 Effectively manage and motivate students to their full potential.
  • 1.4 Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects and curriculum development.
• 2 Academic Support
  • 2.1 Create personalized learning plans to address individual student needs and weaknesses.
  • 2.2 Monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments and evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • 2.3 Prepare students to excel in exams.
  • 2.4 Participate and perform other duties as assigned by the organization.
