An education recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Mathematics Teacher. The candidate should prepare engaging math lessons and manage student portfolios while communicating with parents. A Bachelor's degree is required, and familiarity with PSLE and A Level is advantageous. This role offers training and requires commitment on weekdays and weekends.
The ideal candidate will be someone who takes initiative, demonstrates leadership qualities, and is eager to grow with the organization. Our goal is to groom these candidates for future leadership positions
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and conduct math lessons that facilitate active learning experiences for students.
Foster a positive and engaging classroom culture through creative teaching methods for an enjoyable learning experience.
Manage students’ portfolio and analysis student academic evaluation.
Engage in school branding activities, such as recording YouTube videos, writing articles, and more.
Establish rapport with both students and parents and communicate with parents on students’ academic progress regularly.
Any teaching related work as prescribed by Management.
Job Requirements:
Possesses at leastBachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university, such as NUS/NTU/SMU etc.
Familiarity with PSLE, O Level, A Level, and Maths Olympiad contest papers (e.g., RIPMWC, SMOPS, NMOS, AMC8, etc.) will be an added advantage
Training provided
Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and the passion to co-operate with student, parents, and co-colleagues.
Able to multi-task, meticulous, with an eye for detail.
Able to commit weekdays (inc. evenings)& weekends
