FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate Math Tutor to deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students at Secondary, JC and IB levels.

You will tailor lessons to each learner's needs and help them build strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, explaining concepts clearly, guiding homework and exams, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Mathematics at Secondary, JC and IB levels.
Teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
Familiar with Singapore School Curriculum.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, responsible, and able to engage students effectively.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct Mathematics lessons according to each student's level and learning needs.
Explain mathematical concepts clearly and simplify challenging topics.
Provide guidance on homework, assignments, tests, and exam preparation.
Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Track students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Build students' confidence and encourage independent problem-solving skills.
Manage class size of about 6-10 students
