Job summary
Matwerkz Technologies Pte. Ltd. is hiring a full‑time on‑site R&D Engineer in Singapore.
You will design, develop, and refine new products, working with scientists and product development teams to translate concepts into viable solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in thermal management projects, especially batteries and data servers is advantageous.
- Proficiency with engineering design software and simulation/modeling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and refine new products and technologies with cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototypes, and experiments to validate performance and reliability.
- Plan and execute tests, analyze data and document findings.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and product management to support commercialization and continuous improvement.
