Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the material management and procurement team.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance improvement programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory optimization and uninterrupted supply.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain, preferably in electronics/semiconductor industries.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and procurement workflows.
  • Excellent command of English; Mandarin skills advantageous for supplier communication.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
