Qualifications

Candidates must be at least 10 years of Hairdressing experience with at least 3 years of Master Stylist or Director level experience and sales of at least $20,000 and above.

Responsibilities

Assisting day to day operations and playing a management role in developing the business and providing:

• Hair cut and colouring services
• Scalp/hair treatments, shampooing, blow‑dry styling, chemical treatments and processes to customers
• Safety standards and environmental cleanliness
• Customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
• Assistance to customer in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs
• Training, mentoring and business development duties

This is a Management role and leadership is key and ability to development and mentoring is a pre‑requisite.
