Job summary

Pearl Marine Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced maritime professional to oversee day-to-day vessel operations in Singapore. The role emphasizes safe operation, crew motivation, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System.

The candidate will monitor SEMS, conduct training for deck personnel, and prepare the annual Master’s review while ensuring seaworthiness and compliance with company policies and port regulations.

Qualifications

• COC Class I or II required.
• Port Limit Tanker Master and Pilotage Exemption Certificate (PELV) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on bunker tanker in Singapore.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient day-to-day vessel operation.

• Monitor and review Safety Management System, including familiarization and training of deck personnel.
• Prepare the annual Master’s review of the Safety Management System.
