Job summary

MA KUANG CHINESE MEDICINE & RESEARCH CENTRE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a dedicated massage therapist to join our clinic and contribute to a warm, professional environment.

You will perform therapies such as Tuina, Cupping, Guasha, and Osteopathy Bonesetting while ensuring high hygiene standards and delivering excellent patient care. This role also involves promoting our health services and products, with a competitive commission structure.

Qualifications

• Must hold Singapore massage certificate (ITEC/NITEC/WSQ/CIBTAC or equivalent).
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Friendly, cooperative and a team player.
• Willing to learn and manage time well.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage patient satisfaction.
• Perform therapies such as Tuina, Cupping, Guasha, Osteopathy Bonesetting, postnatal, etc.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the clinic.
• Sales of health services or products with an attractive commission scheme.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least ITEC/NITEC/WSQ/CIBTAC or equivalent Singapore certified massage certificate
• Basic IT knowledge
• Good communication skills and customer relationship skills
• Friendly personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
• Be open to learning new thing
• Good in time management
• Ｗilling to work on retail hour, weekends and public holiday
