G2 – Junior

• Salary: S$2,800
• Role: Basic operations, assisting treatments

G3 – Staff

• Salary: S$3,000–3,100
• Role: Full treatment
• Bonus: +S$100 upon 100 reviews (max S$3,100)

G4 – Semi-Senior

• Salary: S$3,200
• Role: Photo analysis, structural explanation, future improvement guidance

G5 – Senior

• Salary: S$3,300–3,600
• Role: Stable contracts, mentoring juniors
• Bonus: +S$100 upon 100 reviews (max S$3,400)

G6 – Assistant Manager

• Salary: S$3,800
• Role: Team management, sales leadership

G7 – Manager
