SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, in Singapore, seeks an Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Operations to perform IP-related assembly/test troubleshooting and support manufacturing engineers in issue resolution. Role includes learning new mass spectrometer models and participating in improvements, with on-site duties in Singapore and six-month China rotations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Science (preferably Physics).
• Experience with electro-mechanical hardware and problem-solving with test equipment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Learn technical knowledge of mass spectrometer products and coach test specialists on commissioning and testing.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Quality Management System and safety policies.
• Troubleshoot IP-related assembly and testing in IP room.
• Work on final test improvement projects and implement in China where applicable.
• Support advanced manufacturing implementation (digitalization, MES, automation).
