The Client

Adecco is partnering with a Government institute

The Job

• To lead a unit of technical specialists and coordinate maintenance work between contractors and maintenance sections to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient operations of the waste‑to‑energy facility.
• To implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programs for the facility's electrical and control equipment such as turbo‑generators, motors, switchgears, low tension and high‑tension equipment, distributed control system and field instruments.
• To administer contracts for the operation and maintenance of mechanical, EICA or building services equipment.
• To enforce permit‑to‑work system and safe work culture including supervising contractors' work for quality and safety.
• To assist in the formulation and preparation of standard operating and safety procedures, equipment testing/changeover programme.
• To assist engineer to implement initiatives on safety and continuous improvement to enhance the safety culture and standards within the plant, as well as drive projects to achieve operational excellence.
