Job summary

Coinbase Singapore is seeking a Compliance Manager to advance our MAS licensing program and strengthen the global compliance framework. You will partner with the Singapore CCO and cross-functional teams across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations to ensure robust governance and timely regulatory submissions.

In-person participation may be required for team events; you will draft policies, track licensing commitments, prepare management reporting, and support training to elevate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of regulatory and financial crime compliance experience in MAS-regulated Singapore entities.
• Experience supporting license applications, regulatory change programs, or remediation in Singapore.
• Familiarity with MAS Securities and Futures Act and related rules and circulars.

Responsibilities

• Support the Singapore CCO in license applications, governance materials, regulatory submissions, trackers and responses.
• Draft and update Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures and governance documentation.
• Prepare materials for senior management, boards, auditors and regulators, including governance decks and risk analyses.
• Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions and remediation actions across internal reviews and audits.
• Produce management information and status reporting for the Singapore compliance program.
• Assist with regulatory engagements, inspections and information requests; validate evidence and responses.
• Contribute to compliance training and risk-based awareness for stakeholders.
