Job summary

Howden is seeking a Marketing Executive in Singapore to plan and execute digital campaigns, create engaging content, and manage marketing collateral. You will support events, sponsorships, and client communications while helping strengthen Howden's brand presence locally and across channels.

The role requires a related degree, Canva and MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and solid project management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Creative with an eye for design and content creation.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in event management, social media marketing, or content creation advantageous.
• Exposure to B2B marketing advantageous.
• 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Develop engaging content for social media, website, EDMs, and other platforms.
• Create marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, and visual assets.
• Support development of thought leadership content and client communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
• Assist in planning and execution of client events, seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and networking activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, venue arrangements, and vendor management.
• Prepare event marketing materials and post-event reports.
• Support lead generation and follow-up activities from events.
• Support brand visibility and corporate communications internally and externally.
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors for press materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Maintain marketing databases, campaign records, and assets.
• Track activities and prepare reports on campaign and event performance.
• Support budget tracking and administrative requirements.
• Ensure materials comply with brand guidelines and processes.
• Collaborate with business and sales teams to support development initiatives.
• Develop client-facing presentations, brochures, and sales enablement materials.
• Assist stakeholders with marketing requests and campaign execution.

Job Role: Marketing Executive

A LEADING GLOBAL INDEPENDENT BROKER

Digital Marketing and Content Creation:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Develop engaging content for social media, website, EDMs, and other marketing platforms
• Create marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, and visual assets
• Support the development of thought leadership content, articles, client communications, and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics

Events and Sponsorships:

• Assist in the planning and execution of client events, seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and networking activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, venue arrangements, and vendor management
• Prepare event marketing materials and post-event reports
• Support lead generation and follow-up activities arising from events

Branding & Corporate Communications (internal & external):

• Support initiatives that strengthen Howden's brand visibility and reputation
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and corporate campaigns
• Support the creation and distribution of internal communications
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors in the development and distribution of press releases, media materials, and corporate announcements
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across internal and external communication channels

Marketing Operations and Reporting:

• Maintain marketing databases, campaign records, and marketing assets
• Track marketing activities and prepare reports on campaign and event performance
• Support budget tracking and administrative requirements for marketing activities
• Ensure marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and internal processes
• Work closely with business and sales teams to support business development initiatives
• Develop client-facing presentations, brochures, and sales enablement materials
• Assist stakeholders with marketing requests and campaign execution

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

• A recognized diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office applications
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Creative with an eye for design and content creation
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in event management, social media marketing, or content creation will be advantageous
• Exposure to B2B marketing will be advantageous
• 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity will be advantageous (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
