Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is seeking a Python and AWS Software Engineer II within the Corporate Investment Bank, Macro Data Analytics team.

You will be a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will own the software delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to coding, testing, deployment, support, and ongoing maintenance, while collaborating with diverse teams and applying responsible AI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2+ years of software development experience focusing on data pipeline solutions.
Strong Python and Spark (or Flink/Beam) experience.
Experience with AWS technologies (Glue, Kinesis, Redshift) or similar.
Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
Firm understanding of secure coding and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

Develop business logic and data transformations for curated datasets.
Own the software delivery lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.

Analyze data trends and patterns to inform solutions.
