Key Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning cycles, connecting strategic business objectives with strategic and operational rigor.
- Partner with performance marketing and analytics team to extract performance reports and develop reporting frameworks that drive transparency and accountability.
- Partner with marcomm team to collate insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget tracking, resource planning, and process optimization across marketing channels and initiatives
- Collaborate with finance to manage marketing budgets, forecast spend, and evaluate ROI.
Preferred Qualities
- Embraces technology and champion the adoption of emerging tools and platforms, including AI, to drive innovation and operational agility.
- Support onboarding and enablement programs to build marketing capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, business analytics, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and outcomes-based mindset, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with SQL or BigQuery is a plus.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, campaign performance metrics, and ROI frameworks.
- Experience in consumer-facing, data-driven environments such as telecom, tech, or FMCG is preferred.
