Job summary

AAQIL SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Marketing Assistant Manager to work with our marketing team to develop and implement plans for our brands.

You will help identify trends, create materials such as white papers and case studies, and present campaigns to stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, plus admin, sales or marketing experience, strong written and verbal communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good organization skills.
• Digital marketing experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing manager and internal teams on marketing strategy.
• Identify marketing trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Learn and use software for digital marketing.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments.
• Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies and presentations.
• Give presentations on campaigns.
• Maintain a marketing database and generate reports.
• Provide admin support to marketing and sales teams.
• Prepare, format and edit documents.
• Understand company product and brand.
• Organize market research and analyze feedback.
• Update social media accounts.
