Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Administration or sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing manager and internal teams on strategy.
• Identify marketing trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Learn and work with software for digital marketing.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments.
• Create marketing materials such as white papers and case studies.
• Give presentations to stakeholders.
• Maintain a marketing database and organize reports.
• Provide administrative support to marketing and sales.
• Prepare, format and edit a range of documents.
• Understand company product and brand.
• General office duties and organise market research.
• Analyze questionnaires and feedback.
• Update social media accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the director.
