Senior Marketing Executive
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products and services.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Support in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and online platforms.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Marketing Specialist
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM
Starting Salary: $3500-3700
Location: Paya Lebar Rd
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook Ads (Meta) and Google Ads, focused on driving revenue and customer acquisition.
- Design and develop engaging, both static and video formats for paid media campaigns, tailored to platform specifications and brand guidelines.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Manage Shopify backend elements that directly affect ad performance including landing pages, product visibility, tagging, and pixel setup.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, and web teams to ensure alignment between ad campaigns and product/brand strategy.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, targeting, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, and heatmaps to gather insights and improve funnel performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
