A leading e-commerce platform in Singapore seeks a Marketing Solutions - Operations Associate to manage the delivery of advertising solutions. This role involves overseeing a team, ensuring high-quality campaign execution, and optimizing display advertising strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, with over 3 years of experience in digital advertising operations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
Advertising Campaigns Execution and Delivery
Ensure the smooth delivery of advertising solutions to brands and sellers
Manage a team of agents to ensure display advertising campaigns are executed to the highest standards, including but not limited to ensuring timely submission and quality control of campaign creatives, scheduling, capturing proof-of-executions
Support troubleshooting efforts for campaign delivery issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Display Solutions Optimization and Growth
Monitor and report on sign-up rate and inventory for display solutions
Propose recommendations to boost sign-up rate and increase display solutions revenues, including but not limited to proposing price or bundling discounts for upcoming campaigns; proposing incentives for brands and sellers to adopt solutions
Seller Advertising Account Operations
Manage agents to handle brands and sellers' financial matters, including advertising balance top-ups, billing and invoicing
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and finance, to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues brands and sellers face
Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines, platform policies, and industry standards
Process and Efficiency Improvements
Develop and maintain best practices for campaign execution, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Conduct training sessions for internal teams and sellers on advertising products and operational processes
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in advertising operations
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital advertising operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with campaign management platforms
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Knowledge of advertising industry standards and compliance requirements
