Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday (WFH), 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,500
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify e-commerce platform, including product updates, promotions, and analytics.
- Develop and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search ranking.
- Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and brand partners for marketing collaborations.
- Manage content calendars for digital platforms, including social media and email marketing.
- Lead and supervise team members in executing marketing activities.
- Support event planning and execution, including retail activations and brand campaigns.
- Work with design teams on the development of marketing materials and visual content.
- Prepare and review marketing performance reports and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or e-commerce.
Proficient in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.
Experience in campaign management, influencer engagement, and partnership marketing.
Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is an advantage.
Experience in event coordination or brand activations is preferred.

Marketing Specialist

Starting Salary: $3500 - $3700
Location: Paya Lebar Rd (6 mins walk from Macpherson MRT)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook Ads (Meta) and Google Ads, focused on driving revenue and customer acquisition.
- Design and develop engaging, both static and video formats for paid media campaigns, tailored to platform specifications and brand guidelines.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Manage Shopify backend elements that directly affect ad performance including landing pages, product visibility, tagging, and pixel setup.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, and web teams to ensure alignment between ad campaigns and product/brand strategy.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, targeting, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, and heatmaps to gather insights and improve funnel performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
