Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive app user acquisition, and support business objectives.
- Lead and align multiple marketing sub-divisions to ensure strategic cohesion and efficient collaboration.
- Manage marketing planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis to achieve measurable outcomes.
Branding & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute high-impact branding campaigns that reinforce market leadership and drive awareness.
- Oversee campaign conceptualization, execution, and optimization across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Ensure excellence in media fulfilment, supporting both internal teams and external clients with strong creative delivery and performance.
- Drive success on TikTok and other emerging platforms through trend-based content, storytelling, and community engagement.
- Explore creative campaigns such as blind box activations, PR stunts, and interactive engagements that capture public attention and generate buzz.
- Explore offline initiatives, including event collaborations, brand activations, and experiential campaigns that strengthen brand visibility.
App User Acquisition & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to grow app users through organic channels, leveraging PR, partnerships, and content ecosystems.
- Work closely with Product and Growth teams to improve acquisition funnels and user retention through community engagement and organic strategies.
- Use analytics and attribution models to identify high-performing initiatives and scale effectively.
Partnerships, Influencer Marketing & PR
- Build and nurture long-term media and influencer partnerships to extend marketing reach and strengthen brand credibility.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with media houses, agencies, and brand collaborators.
- Develop influencer strategies that balance short-term impact with sustainable relationship-building.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including press communications, interviews, and thought leadership opportunities.
Content, Video & Social Media Production
- Lead creative content and video production to deliver engaging storytelling aligned with marketing objectives.
- Supervise content strategy for all digital and social platforms, ensuring consistent tone, visual quality, and message alignment.
- Champion innovative formats such as short-form video, interactive campaigns, and community-driven content.
Innovation & Technology
- Champion the adoption of AI and emerging marketing technologies to enhance performance and workflow efficiency.
- Continuously stay ahead of marketing trends, exploring new tools, formats, and consumer engagement methods.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team.
Marketing Operations & Team Development
- Oversee marketing operations to ensure efficiency, timely execution, and accurate performance tracking.
- Mentor and develop team members across all marketing functions to nurture talent and strengthen leadership depth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on strategic direction, structure optimization, and team alignment.
Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role driving transformation or scaling teams.
- Proven success in tech or startup environments, preferably in consumer-facing businesses. Strong track record in both performance marketing and brand building.
- Regional experience across Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, content, social media, and video production.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with KPIs and ROI metrics.
