We are looking for Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our company. The successful candidate will take the lead on marketing activities as the core responsibility, driving comprehensive campaigns and strategies across various channels. He/she will support B2B and B2C sales efforts by overseeing online store operations with the team, connecting with customers to build strong relationships, address their needs, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Job Scope
  • Drive marketing efforts by planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Establish multiple touchpoints to reach out to potential and existing customers.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct cost‑benefit analyses on projects to ensure outcomes can be measured.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and new technologies relevant to sales and marketing.
  • Drive sales by leveraging company websites, social media (Facebook, Instagram), and e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
  • Develop and execute online and offline sales strategies, including the creation of engaging online content, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and feedback from online and offline customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
  • Address customer concerns and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics tailored to various channels.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to achieve sales targets.
  • Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to measure and build customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage Google reviews, respond promptly and professionally to both positive and negative feedback and analyze review trends to identify areas for improvement, and report inappropriate or fake reviews as needed.
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer‑facing role is highly valued.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C sales channels, as well as online store management (e‑commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, etc.), is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management (Facebook, Instagram), online advertising, and e‑commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to track sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights on sales performance and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients, management, and team members.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on market trends and new technologies.

Working location: T‑Space @ Tampines

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
