Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited invites motivated undergraduates to join our Marketing internship program in Singapore. You will support project management, gather insights, and help design internal processes while learning core marketing frameworks.

You will work with Google Workspace tools to create, present and share findings with teams. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, possess strong communication skills, and can commit to full-time internship for 4 months or

• Have basic knowledge of marketing and understanding of common market research frameworks and methods.

Responsibilities

• Project management: Support special projects and new initiatives. Scope includes execution, data management, operationalisation and execution of new initiatives.
• Gather insights, data and prioritise initiatives to drive execution of both operational and commercial initiatives to be rolled out.
• Design/improve internal process and subsequent review.
• Basic data analysis and project management for ad hoc projects / proof of concepts

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written
• Self-driven, fast learner and comfortable with ambiguity
• Have basic knowledge of marketing and understanding of common market research frameworks and methods
• Proficiency in Google Suite (E.g Google Sheets and Google Slides)
• Project management experience is a plus
• Full-time interns are preferred (4 months)
• Students who can commit part-time, minimally 3 working days a week, are also welcome to apply
