Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Sales Executive to support product launches, develop compelling marketing messages, and coordinate promotions and training.

You will partner with the Sales team to align product features with market needs and to drive profitability. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in consumer electronics or related sectors, and are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant Sales and Marketing experience.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, audio-visual, telecommunications or related industry preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches, promotions or product training is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing and sales strategies.
• Develop marketing strategies, product positioning and key product messages.
• Plan and coordinate advertising, promotions, product launches and product training.
• Work closely with the Sales team on product features, benefits and commercial matters.
• Manage marketing, sales and product P&L to support profitability.
• Liaise with business partners to achieve sales objectives.
• Manage sales and inventory levels, and coordinate purchasing activities.
• Handle other related duties as assigned.
