  • Develop marketing communication materials online and offline.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Handle daily procurement administrative tasks.

Qualification & Requirements

- Photography & Editing – Capture high-quality photos of products, services and events, able to retouch and enhance images for marketing use

- Videography & Editing – Plan, shoot and edit (in Final Cut Pro) engaging videos for in-house and marketing use

- Excellent writing and copywriting/proofreading skills

- Ability to translate requirements into design.

- Meticulous and resourceful

- Good in design, styling, conceptualizing digital and print products by design software

- Independent and fast learner with positive working attitude

- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Google Sheet

- Proficient in designing software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom

- Able to use AI (Chatgpt etc) to improve work efficiency where necessary

Key Responsibilities

Marketing:

- To support in the development of marketing communication materials online & offline including PowerPoint presentations, company catalogue, product brochure, internet/product advertisements - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with exhibition vendors, printers etc.

- Collaborate, brainstorm and develop strategies to boost company’ profile

- To plan, write and test a wide variety of digital marketing materials for linkedin/social media.

- To assist in strategic brand-building activities, synergizing brand building efforts

- To assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, exhibitions, and other company events.

- Other ad-hoc assignments when required.

Procurement:

- To assist in daily procurement administrative matters (processing procurement requests)

- To research and gather quotations on a case-by-case basis

- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors if required.
