Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. at the Tiong Bahru office is seeking a Marketing Operations Executive (Junior) to support the Sales and Marketing teams. The role follows a standard 5-day work week (Mon - Fri) from 10am to 6pm, functioning as an admin role with exposure to product delivery coordination.

You will facilitate communication across teams, build stakeholder rapport, conduct market analyses, and help streamline internal processes to enable rapid growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of appropriate software including Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
• Possess at least O Level.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication between Sales & Marketing team to ensure alignment with product delivery strategy.
• Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Conduct internal and market analysis to identify growth areas for new products.
• Help build and improve resilient internal processes to scale the business quickly.
• Issue invoices and airway bills to customers and counterparts.
• Assist in packing and labeling for product delivery.
• Reply to customer inquiries via email and social media.

Salary: $ 2000 - $ 2400
