Job summary

A leading property developer in Singapore is looking for a Marketing Officer to support the Sales & Marketing team. Responsibilities include data entry, documentation processing, and answering inquiries. The ideal candidate has a polytechnic diploma and at least 1 year of experience. The position offers a temporary contract of 3 months.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in administrative or data processing roles within the property industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases.
  • Process and file invoices, payment forms, and other documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to enquiries received via the department’s general mailbox.
  • Maintain proper records and filing of documents (both digital and physical).
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team as required.
