The Marketing Manager for South East Asia & Pacific will have a specific mission of assessing food industry customer challenges, in line with food safety regulations, and building a scientific marketing action plan in line with the strategy of the company.
Reporting to the Head of the region, the Marketing Manager is responsible for:
- Understanding market needs and trends; performing market segment analyses and competition business intelligence
- Coordinating the communication throughout the region and leading specific transversal projects
- Animating the region’s marketing community with each country’s marketing teams; sharing best practices and consistency in the marketing strategy / approach
- Building marketing action plans in line with the company strategy
- Contributing to the roll out of our Go-to-Market strategy
- Sponsoring and promoting the CSR initiatives for the region
- Supervising the digital marketing strategy and associated KPIs (website SEO, social media posts, blogs, webinars)
The role is central in maintaining a high throughput exchange between countries, regions and global marketing teams.
Your profile
- Marketing degree, or at least 5+ years experience, with strong technical knowledge in food science
- Solid experience in a global / multinational and multicultural organization
- Full fluency in English and successful experience in collaborating and influencing/ impacting peers without direct/hierarchical authority
- Experience in food laboratory testing industry
- Autonomous and motivated, accustomed to delivering results with limited direct supervision
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Result-oriented (and capacity to be hands-on), managing execution
- Planning & organizing capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Available for international travel
