As they embark on an exciting journey to revitalize and redefine their brand identity, they are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager (SEA) to lead their revamp efforts and drive their next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a homegrown icon and make a significant impact on its continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies (promotional strategies that resonates with local consumers) in SEA especially Indonesia and Singapore
  • Market research and analysis (consumer behaviour, preferences, trends, competitor activity, market conditions, customer feedback)
  • Regional marketing plans (develop/ implement annual or quarterly marketing plans specific to region, with clear goals, budgets and KPIs aligned with both regional and overall company objectives)
  • Brand Positioning (ensure that the new company’s brand is appropriately positioned within the region, with clear USPs to target audiences)
  • Local partnership / PR & Media relations (oversee development local PR campaigns, work with press and media to generate positive brand awareness)
  • Digital marketing and E-commerce strategy (plan and execute campaigns across multiple platforms/ search engines)
  • Cross functional collaboration (e.g work with regional sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals)
  • Team leadership
  • Agency and Vendor management
  • Regional Expansion Support (provide strategic support for market expansion in new regions)
  • Attend store visits with head of sales team, to understand the different store regions
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a Marketing role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics.
  • Regional experience in SEA is preferred.
  • Ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficient in data analysis to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
