Job Description
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute client events, seminars, and networking sessions to enhance client relationships and brand presence.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Design, develop, and manage marketing materials (brochures, pitchbooks, newsletters, digital content) to support private banking business development and client engagement.
- Monitor market trends and peer activities, develop departmental business plans in alignment with strategies set by the head office and the branch.
- Process and perform analysis on business data, deliver reports and relevant materials to support decision-making.
- Establish referral mechanisms with external parties to facilitate client acquisition.
- Collaborate with overseas branches and group institutions to deliver targeted training and enhance internal referral networks.
- Liaise and coordinate with the head office to ensure effective communication.
- Develop client marketing activity plans, coordinate and host marketing events with external partners.
- Organize and lead front office business management meetings to support business goal attainment.
- Develop and implement performance evaluation framework for front office staff, manage incentive calculation and ensure timely disbursement.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
